We specialize in consulting engineering procurement and construction across the project lifecycle with services extending through to operations and decommissioning. Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet todays needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.

May operate as a lead individual on a project or as a resource manager of a project controls group. Provides the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage control and report on cost and schedule for concurrent projects throughout the organization. Services include planning cost and schedule (work breakdown structure) metrics and tools collecting performance data (installed quantities expended labor hours and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract work) tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring) analyzing (earned value productivity and risk analyses) and reporting. Identifies and tracks all changes or potential changes to the project scope ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management. Integrates cost and schedule data and reporting with the companys accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bastrop Texas roughly 30 miles outside of Austin TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Makes independent decisions and sets priorities related to complex situations. Manages smaller projects or portions of larger projects. Responsible for the daily administration of project related policies and processes in order for the project to meet business objectives.
  • Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Influence over duties. Work is assigned only in terms of broad objectives to be accomplished and is reviewed for policy soundness of approach and general effectiveness. Work is reviewed to ensure conformity with policy and for coordination of other company departments.
  • Manages and directs work directly or through supervisors or professionals leading others.
  • Effectively communicate and take a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to staff and management. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
  • Advanced understanding of systems processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues. May be involved in the development of new systems processes and tools.
