Were seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of plant HR including employee relations training labor relations compliance and workforce development.

What Youll Do

• Serve as a strategic business partner to plant leadership driving people and business initiatives and cultivating a high-performing employee-centered culture.
• Manage labor relations activities including contract administration grievance resolution and collective bargaining.
• Lead onboarding succession planning and employee development programs.
• Administer compensation benefits performance management and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support workplace safety workers compensation food safety and environmental programs.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations HR compliance and employment practices.
• Experience in a unionized environment and labor relations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication leadership problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Expected Hiring Salary Range:$98900 - $141330 (Salary to be determined by the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

• Onsite Work Environment:This position is based in Fort Worth TX and requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
