Manager, Pharma & Diagnostic Solutions Proposals (Remote)

• Partner with Client BD and operations team to create proposals to support new projects
• Create new processes and practices to optimize and grow the biopharma and diagnostic services division
• Create financial models for considered work and partner with finance to gain approvals
• Lead solution development for potential work being contemplated including scheduling meetings with appropriate internal stakeholders and securing their approvals/disapprovals for potential work.
• Prepare and produce relevant business proposal reports to understand and project future work volumes.
• Identify insights into internal work flows and sponsor requested work to optimize the contemplated work
• May lead client governance interactions for select clients.

Required Work Experience:

10 years of experience in laboratory biopharma and or diagnostic industry in a client facing operational role and/or a sales role

Preferred Work Experience:

5 years of experience in a similar role in a contract research organization.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Office work and periodic travel

Knowledge:

Highly Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite and other computer-based applications.

Education

• Bachelors Degree (Required)
• Masters Degree (Preferred)
