- Works collaboratively with the assigned Director of Physician Practice Operations to ensure an integrated system for delivery of care.
- Attends monthly meetings and is responsive to other meetings and committees as. Communicates outcomes appropriately.
- Functions as a liaison between the site leads/supervisors physicians and the executive management team for administrative issues.
- Provides insight/direction to operating departmentsregardingmethods that may result in improved operating performance fiscal management operating efficiency and/or improved interdepartmental collaboration and cooperation.
- Assistsin the mentorship of physicians in collaboration with the assigned Director of Physician Practice Operations.
- Provides monthly reports to the assigned Director of Physician Practice Operations and others as requestedregardingoperational efficiencies financial status and employee relations.
- Coordinates maintenancestaffingand environmental services for the medical office in concert with the site coordinator/leads.
- Facilitates conflict resolution with patientsregardingphysicians attorney requests billings and health plans as necessary.
- Maintains compliance with all OSHA Joint Commission and NYS Department of Health regulatory guidelines.
- Functions as direct council to thesitesupervisors/leads for all administrative issues (patient/staff concerns complaints physicians).
- May assumeadditionalresponsibilities as requested.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or other related field with prior healthcare managerial experience OR enrollment in a related Bachelors Degree Program to be completed within three (3) years of hire with prior healthcare managerial experience.
