The Integration & Separation Manager leads client engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle providing strategic guidance on integration separation and operational planning for both buy- and sell-side deals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams evaluating transitional service agreements and synergies and delivering tailored solutions to maximize deal value.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages integration and separation engagements across pre-close planning and post-close execution.
• Structures engagement workplans timelines and staffing models aligned to transaction objectives.
• Oversees development of integration and separation deliverables including readiness assessments and execution plans.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for client workstreams and supports issue resolution.
• Collaborates with cross-functional advisory teams to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory solutions.
• Coaches and develops supervisors and senior associates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field.
• 611 years of experience.
• Demonstrated project and team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting private equity or corporate transaction clients.
• Consulting or professional services background.
