Manager, Industry Solutions

• GTM Strategy & Execution: Provide feedback on GTM strategy including market segmentation messaging pricing positioning and sales playbooks
• Sales Motion Design: Build scalable repeatable sales processes aligned to customer buying journeys
• Team Leadership: Recruit onboard and lead a high-performing sales team establishing performance metrics and coaching frameworks
• Demand Generation Alignment: Partner with Marketing to design integrated digital and account-based marketing campaigns that feed the sales pipeline
• Sales Enablement: Create and maintain comprehensive sales collateral training programs and knowledge repositories; ensure team proficiency invalue proposition and differentiation
• Pipeline Management: Establish and forecast pipeline targets; monitor conversion metrics and continuously optimize sales processes
• Competitive & Customer Intelligence: Maintain market intelligence on competitive landscape and customer needs; iterate GTM based on win/loss analysis
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Customer Success and Executive Leadership to ensure GTM alignment with product roadmap and corporate strategy

Qualifications :

• 5 years in SaaS/enterprise software sales including leadership experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
• Deep expertise in digital sales motions inside sales and sales automation platforms
• Experience with ServiceNow ecosystem (product knowledge customer base competitive context) strongly preferred
• Strategic thinking paired with operational excellenceability to design and execute simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences (executives sales teams marketing partners)

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $122430 - $172020 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
