Manager in Training

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support all daily branch operations within a wholesale building materials environment
• Develop strong customer relationships with commercial and residential roofing contractors
• Build product knowledge in roofing siding windows and exterior doors
• Assist with inventory control warehouse operations delivery logistics and cost management
• Participate in leadership development employee management and branch operational training
• Support hiring staff development and team leadership initiatives
• Maintain a high level of professionalism organization and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience or related experience in home building remodeling or building materials distribution
• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record required
• Must be able to pass a company-required drug screening
