WHAT YOULL DO
As a Manager in Training you will learn all aspects of running a successful automotive service center including:
- Customer service and relationship building
- Sales and performance management
- Team leadership and employee development
- Scheduling and shop workflow
- Following and executing company processes
- Inspecting vehicles and communicating recommendations to customers
- Managing daily sales and car-count goals
- Creating a positive team-oriented shop environment
- Learning how to recruit train coach and develop employees
- Working toward becoming a Midas Store Manager
