Key Responsibilities
Develop suppliers to meet special capabilities processes capacity and quality. Support Quality Improvement work assistance via Value Stream Mapping Kaizen events and auditing suppliers.
Meet key performance measures within the organization in the areas of Safety Quality Delivery and Cost. Determine and maintain the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budgetary planning and ensure launch dates and cost reduction targets are met.

Provide direction in developing employee base and driving improvements within key functions in area of responsibility.
Maintain effective relationships with key internal customers and support organizations. Work with cross functional departments to develop cost reduction and avoidance initiatives and supply base improvement projects
Perform quantitative statistical and risk analyses to determine the direct and indirect costs. Follow Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes to improve departmental performance on an on-going basis.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
