Job Summary
Provides guidance to team on the deployment of physical plant cabling systems. Manages the implementation of infrastructure for Oracle data centers. Connects team with Program Management teams to support completion of project deliverables on time. Collaborates with vendors to deliver build out of data center infrastructure.
Responsibilities
KeyResponsibilities
Data Center Design & Implementation-Cabling Infrastructure:
-Supervises contributions to designs forstructured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions.
-Provides guidance to team on the deployment ofphysical plant cabling systems.
-Communicates global data center cabling andinfrastructure standards and ensures team maintains adherence.
-Contributes to troubleshooting standard andnon-standard cabling infrastructure connectivity issues including patch panelsand patch cords as needed.
Data Center Design & Implementation-Implementation & ContinuousImprovement:
-Manages the implementation of infrastructure forOracle data centers.
-Ensures delivery of sustainable and repeatablesolutions to support the continuous improvement of data centers.
Project Management-Project Planning:
-Facilitates understanding of the scope of projectwork by reviewing the Bill of Materials and resources available and reviews theproject roadmap to align with the scope and business needs.
-Ensures team prioritizes customer experience inproject planning and delivery.
Project Management-Reporting & Documentation:
-Connects team with Program Management teams tosupport completion of project deliverables on time.
-Reviews reports and documentation of projectupdates to communicate status and roadblocks.
-Contributes to maintaining documentation oncabling and build standards for data center infrastructure.
Vendor Management:
-Collaborates with vendors to deliver build out ofdata center infrastructure.
-Participates in the vendor bidding and selectionprocess.
-Coaches team to develop and maintaincollaborative relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.

-Creates and owns the execution plan for theteams work and multiple projects or initiatives monitoring timelines andbudgets when applicable to ensure projects are completed on time and inadherence with requirements. Delegates work across the team and helps themprioritize their work. Identifies resource needs and adapts plans based onchanging priorities and business needs.
Collaboration & Partnership:
-Strengthens collaborative partnerships across teamsto align on expectations and shared objectives. Guides team members to buildrelationships with business leaders stakeholders and/or customers to ensureeffective collaboration. Practices active listening and asks insightfulquestions to promote an inclusive culture.
Problem Solving:
-Leads team to identify and address moderatelycomplex operational and/or technical issues in accordance with standardpractices providing guidance as appropriate. Directs team to analyze dataand/or information from multiple sources to troubleshoot moderately complexerrors.
Continuous Learning:
-Actively seeks learning opportunities for selfand team to enhance knowledge and skills in key areas and remain current withindustry advancements. Uses feedback and training to elevate personal and teamskills modeling a commitment to learning. Identifies skill gaps within theteam and supports team members in learning opportunities by providing resourcesand fostering an environment that encourages knowledge-sharing.
Continuous Improvement:
-Identifies and recommends improvements as well asencourages team to share ideas to increase the efficiency and effectiveness ofprocesses protocols and workflows within a team. Performance and Development:
-Coaches and provides direction to team members inalignment with performance management processes guidelines and goal setting discussions with team members ensuring individualgoals are aligned with broader team goals. Identifies development opportunitiesto help team members improve performance. Contributes to the talentacquisition pipeline by leading candidate interviews assessing promotioneligibility and managing talent resources.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102300 to $209500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
