The starting compensation for this job is $19.00/hour.

• Must be a Senior enrolled full time in a bachelors degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must have a Business or Communications related major.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal employment reference education and social security. A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you for employment. Rather such factors as age and date of conviction seriousness and nature of the crime and rehabilitation will be considered. Applicants will not be asked about their criminal record and no criminal background checks will be conducted unless and until a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
• Must have a valid drivers US license for one year.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must live in Baltimore or surrounding county for the summer of 2027 (Baltimore Anne Arundel Carroll Howard or Harford)
• Must be able to start enf od May 2027
• Must be able to commit to a 30-40 hour work week.
• Must be able to commit to 12 weeks.
