Job Summary
Under the direction of the Radiologist and Lead Breast Center Nurse and with latitude for independent judgment performs all the professional duties involved in applying ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis at the technical level. Acts in compliance with Federal MQSA State and Joint Commission standards. Produces and evaluates images and related data to be used by physicians to render medical diagnosis. Performs related clerical tasks and assumes responsibility for coordinating exams performed.

Required Qualifications:
- Education to meet certification license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification
- Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Mammography
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in Mammography.
- Experience with MQSA standards.
