Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and motivatedMake Ready/Maintenance Tech to join our team with Ambo Properties. This role is critical in preparing apartment homes for new residents ensuring the property is clean safe and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apartment Turnover:Perform make ready tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents including cleaning painting minor repairs and appliance checks.
• Property Maintenance:Assist with general property upkeep including picking up trash landscaping and maintaining curb appeal.
• Cleaning & Maintenance Support:Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways lobbies and laundry rooms.
• Inspection Support:Assist with property inspections and ensure all areas are in compliance with safety standards.
• Work Orders:Address minor maintenance work orders when necessary and report any major repairs to the maintenance team.
• Resident Interaction:Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward residents and guests while completing tasks efficiently and with care.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with the maintenance and leasing teams to ensure the smooth operation of the property.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Make Ready/Porter or similar role in property management or maintenance preferred.
• Bilingual (Required)
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance tasks (painting cleaning minor repairs).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Drivers License (Required)
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background/Drug screening (Required)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform outdoor tasks as needed.
