Job Summary
Perform lead work functions. This position is responsible for performing routine manual custodial and limited maintenance duties in order to maintain the buildings and grounds in a clean orderly sanitary and safe condition. Work involves completing routine custodial tasks and special work assignments with some independent judgement. An employee may work independently or as a member of a work crew. An employee may work their shift without immediate supervision and in accordance with established procedures and instructions.

Minimum Qualifications:Possession of a valid Motor Vehicle Operators License and vehicle liability knowledge of cleaning materials methods equipment and knowledge of the use and care of cleaning stamina and agility to perform manual custodial and light maintenance to understand and follow simple oral and written to maintain good productive work habits including timeliness and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees management and the to assume the responsibility of working with minimal to work in various weather conditions including outdoors in extreme heat and to work effective as a team and reliable attendance.
