Maintenance Technician

Were looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems working with their hands and being part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is dependable eager to learn open to feedback and committed to helping keep our equipment and facility operating at peak performance.

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Diagnose issues involving mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic plumbing and HVAC systems
• Support equipment installations upgrades and facility improvement projects
• Help improve equipment reliability safety and productivity
• Assist with building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic plumbing or HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints schematics and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Team player who accepts feedback and enjoys working collaboratively
• Continuous improvement mindset

• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to stand walk bend climb and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the day
