Maintenance Technician
Wage: $25-30Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for buildings including plumbing carpentry and painting tasks.
- Maintain and repair heating cooling air-conditioning and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot various maintenance problems efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance concerns and address them proactively.
- Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as required.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to perform various maintenance tasks and general repairs.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations regarding maintenance work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful maintenance and repair work is a plus.
