Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities. This includes troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing mechanical electrical and plumbing systems. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs and ensuring that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
• Strong mechanical electrical and plumbing skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
