Maintenance Technician, Sr (#8ba1)

You will keep manufacturing equipment running reliably to support production goals and reduce downtime. You will work onsite on first shift collaborate with maintenance peers and operations and provide technical leadership for troubleshooting preventive maintenance and equipment improvements.

• Perform advanced maintenance troubleshooting repairs rebuilds and replacements on manufacturing and facility equipment (mechanical electromechanical hydraulic pneumatic)
• Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams blueprints and technical drawings to diagnose failures
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability
• Administer and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs and maintain required documentation and reports
• Support equipment installations modifications upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety and productivity
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff and equipment operators
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures including lockout/tagout and maintain a safe work environment
• Support Facilities and Manufacturing Engineering functions as needed

• 5 years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Secondary Certificate / High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Advanced mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and electromechanical troubleshooting skills
• Advanced PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics experience
• Ability to read and interpret schematics control wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Experience rebuilding pumps gearboxes motors compressors and related equipment
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS; proficient with maintenance documentation systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment
• Strong problem-solving leadership mentoring and communication skills

• Experience with HxGN EAM or similar enterprise asset management platforms
• Vocational training apprenticeships trade certifications or equivalent formal training

$36.00 - $45.00/hour
