Maintenance Technician Nights

Are you a hands-on problem solver with strong curiosity and technical skill Avery Dennison is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure maximum operational uptime for our facility and manufacturing this role you will perform preventative maintenance troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems and drive root-cause solutions to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

Shift:  C Team 7pm-7am 2-2-3

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose inspect and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and control systems using schematics blueprints and diagnostic tools.

• Preventative Maintenance: Follow predictive and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime reduce waste and improve machine performance.

• Electrical & Automated Systems: Install inspect and repair motors wiring switchboards relays and circuit breakers in compliance with safety standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Partner with production teams and engineers to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term fixes.

• Safety & Quality: Inspect and maintain shop equipment in alignment with OSHA standards while maintaining a clean safe and organized workspace.

• Facility Support: Support general facility upkeep including HVAC plumbing and routine grounds maintenance as needed.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

• 3 years of industrial maintenance electrical or mechanical repair experience.

• Strong analytical mechanical and logical troubleshooting aptitude.

• Relevant technical certifications/licenses are preferred (or obtained within specified timeline).

• Driven by safety curiosity continuous improvement and team success.
