Brightondale Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our residents homes safe comfortable and functioning properly.

Who youll Serve:
Brightondale is a Silvercrest Senior Living campus with independent and assisted living and memory care apartments. When a residents faucet leaks or the heat goes out you are the one who fixes it and makes their day better!

What youll do:

• Fix things in resident apartments common areas and on the grounds
• Do routine upkeep so the building and its systems keep running well
• Get empty apartments ready for new residents to move in
• Tell residents and staff ahead of time when maintenance is scheduled
• Work with the Maintenance Director to set yearly building goals and help meet them
• Take your turn on the on-call rotation for after-hours issues

• Full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• On-call rotation (monthly)

• $21 to $25 an hour based on experience
