Compensation: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Job summary: Our client in Maple Shade NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support their team. This is a Direct Hire role offering between $35.00-$40.00 per hour based on experience. The schedule for this role is 6AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday overtime is available on Saturdays.

This is a hands-on role for a skilled maintenance professional with strong electrical troubleshooting experience who can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Diagnose electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
• Troubleshoot motors relays contactors sensors controls and power distribution systems
• Assist with equipment installations upgrades and facility improvement projects
• Support facility maintenance while minimizing production downtime

• Strong industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• CNC machinery stamping presses industrial furnaces grinding equipment
• Hydraulic pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems
• Electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
• Electrician background welding or fabrication experience
