We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Beachwoods Resort a stunning 150-room year-round destination in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Nestled within a 100-acre Maritime Forest between the Atlantic Ocean and Albemarle Sound the resort offers a breathtaking natural setting with lakes woodlands wetlands and wildlife. As a Maintenance Technician II you will play a essential role in maintaining the pristine condition of guestrooms public spaces and back-of-the-house areas. Duties include:

• Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
• Detailed record keeping for logs and inspection sheets.
• Painting stucco texturing drywall staining knockdown and popcorn ceilings.
• Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
• Other duties as assigner by your leader.

Qualifications

Key Skills and experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Open and Flexible availability to include weekends and holidays.
• Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet push/pull up to 100 lbs. lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and grasp stoop reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
