We review resumes continuously for future rate - $22.72 - $28.50 hourlyWeekly pay on FridayBenefits/PTO/401(k) availableFacilities Maintenance TechnicianAt our clients facility in Groveport OH. is looking for an experienced Technician for a new role!Performs preventative maintenance repairs and general upkeep of the facility equipment and grounds while troubleshooting building systems and responding to maintenance requests to ensure a safe clean efficient reliable operation with minimal FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIESPerforms preventative maintenance on facility equipment building systems and and repairs electrical plumbing mechanical and HVAC and maintains dock doors dock levelers dock shelters overhead doors lighting conveyors and other warehouse general carpentry painting drywall flooring and minor concrete routine facility inspections to identify maintenance or safety promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency repair assembles and relocates equipment shelving racking and office furniture as maintenance logs inspection records and preventative maintenance with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and compliance with OSHA regulations Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and company safety a clean organized and safe maintenance shop and work forklifts scissor lifts boom lifts and other powered equipment safely when with facility improvement projects and equipment grounds maintenance as needed including trash removal and minor exterior other duties as SKILLS EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS (List specific skills required but not defined in Dimensions)High school diploma or GED (2) years of facility or building maintenance experience knowledge of electrical plumbing carpentry and general building to safely operate hand and power problem-solving and organizational to work independently and within a team computer to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
