• Conduct routine inspections of the facility identifying maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Perform basic repairs on plumbing electrical HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Maintain the buildings interior and exterior including minor carpentry painting and landscaping tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and services.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Assist in emergency situations such as power outages plumbing failures or other urgent maintenance issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and general repair work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders bending and kneeling.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with facility policies.

• Certification or training in HVAC plumbing or electrical work.
