Schedule: Full-Time Potential on-call support for emergencies

At The Landing at Carmichael an Agemark Senior Living community were looking for an experienced hands-on Maintenance Director to help create a safe comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and team members. • Lead the Team: Oversee Maintenance Housekeeping and Laundry team members and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Maintain the Community: Keep buildings grounds equipment and systemsincluding HVAC plumbing electrical appliances and vehiclesin excellent working condition.

• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Oversee inspections fire drills emergency preparedness and compliance with applicable safety and building requirements.

• Prepare for Move-Ins: Ensure apartments are clean safe and ready for new residents.

• Manage Vendors & Budgets: Coordinate with contractors and vendors while effectively managing maintenance expenses.

• Respond to Maintenance Needs: Address repair requests promptly and help maintain a welcoming environment for residents and team members.

• Support the Community: Assist with transportation and other operational needs as needed.

• Provide Emergency Support: Be available to respond to urgent maintenance needs or emergencies when needed.

• Maintenance Leadership Experience: Previous experience in maintenance facilities property management hospitality or a related field.

• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical building systems and general repairs.

• Safety Focus: Understanding of workplace safety inspections emergency preparedness and applicable regulations.

• Strong Organization: Ability to prioritize projects manage multiple responsibilities and stay on top of preventative maintenance.

• Problem-Solving Skills: A hands-on approach and the ability to respond quickly when issues arise.

• Flexibility: Willingness to provide on-call support for emergencies as needed.
