Maintenance Technician

Pay: $22-23/hr On-Call Pay Performance Bonuses
Schedule: MondayFriday rotating on-call

Reports to: Service Tech Leader

What Youll Be Doing

Diagnosing and solving real problems leaks locks lights heat the classics.
Keeping buildings sharp safe and running right.
Working directly with residents being the one whogets it done.
Partnering with teammates and trusted vendors.
Rotating on-call to respond fast and earning extra when you do.

What You Bring to the Table

A solid work ethic. Show up own your day finish what you start.
General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
The ability to lift move climb and get into tight spaces when needed.
Pride in craftsmanship.
