Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

We have an opportunity for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our Manitowoc WI team. You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance troubleshooting and repair of mechanical electrical and automated systems. This role requires minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work independently. The technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring proper operation of plant and equipment.

You will:

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Perform diagnostics on robotic arms CNC equipment and vision systems.

• Fabricate and repair custom fixtures and tooling to support production.

• Maintain building systems including HVAC lighting boilers and compressed air.

• Respond to facilities maintenance requests from office and non-manufacturing areas.

Key Qualifications:

• 25 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Functional knowledge of electrical systems PLCs and industrial automation.

• Experience with robotic systems and safety protocols.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.

• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer literacy.

• Basic welding machining and fabrication skills.

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods a variety of environmental conditions.

• Must be able to bend kneel crawl and work in confined spaces.

• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Shift/Hours:

• 10pm-6am Monday - Friday

• 2hrs regular OT more available (after shift or on weekends)

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $32.00 to $38.00/hr $1/hr shift premium. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills and experience.
