We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our this role you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service we would love for you to join our team.

What youre great at:

• Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.

• Determining the material equipment and supplies necessary to complete tasks.

• Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.

• Performing general repairs needed such as but not limited to: painting constructing/patching walls security hardware electrical work plumbing carpentry filter maintenance and landscaping.

• Coordinating or inspecting operating and maintaining the heating cooling and ventilation systems.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Heres what you have already achieved:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations

• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.

• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them

• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues
