Maintenance Tech II

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks including snow removal. 
• Performs minor repairs alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 
• 1 year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred)
• General Maintenance experience required; HVAC experience preferred
• Valid drivers license required
