Maintenance Team Supervisor 2nd Shift

Job Summary
- Train motivate and direct team members to follow safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- Schedule maintenance activities and allocate workforce resources to support production requirements.
- Monitor downtime events and production line efficiencies identifying maintenance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain equipment performance while managing department resources and complying with union agreements and United States Department of Agriculture regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance team performance and production line reliability.
- Participate in predictive and preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment uptime.
- Evaluate preventive and predictive maintenance frequencies and effectiveness to optimize workforce utilization and equipment reliability.
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy workplace by incorporating safety into all activities.
- Foster a team environment focused on personnel safety food safety quality and operational excellence.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and help maintain sanitary conditions throughout the facility.
- Report any conditions or practices that may negatively impact food safety product quality environmental compliance or employee safety.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment preventive maintenance systems and safety standards.
- Experience managing preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading teams in a union manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Commitment to continuous improvement employee development and operational excellence.

Compensation
Pay Range:$64000-$95000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal Conagra employees Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
