This role leads and develops a maintenance team oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities ensures work orders are completed on time and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals equipment reliability safety and customer You Need To Be Successful:5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or production knowledge of maintenance operations preventive maintenance programs and repair leading coaching and developing maintenance to plan prioritize and manage weekly and monthly maintenance of continuous improvement methodologies such as problem solving Kaizen and World Class Manufacturing understanding of workplace safety regulations and maintenance best ability to analyze problems implement solutions and achieve operational communication organizational and leadership to support multiple shifts and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Points If You Have:Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives. Background leading Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects. Experience conducting maintenance audits and safety inspections. Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Experience managing maintenance inventory and equipment storage programs.
