Seekinga motivatedMaintenanceSupervisor to lead and mentor 10 12 Maintenance Technicians.
This will be a highly visible role and will be responsible for many new projects for facility expansions and equipment placement and upgrades.

This will be a highly visible role and will be responsible for many new projects for facility expansions and equipment placement and upgrades.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of various fabrication and CNC machines powder coating lines welding cells and other equipment
- Work with creating and standardizing preventative maintenance schedules
- Analyze troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations
- Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine guarding or tooling
- Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations
- Working with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure
- Experience in Supervisor groups of maintenance techs or other related skill sets
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics and documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor
- Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus
- Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
