Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisoris responsible forthe safe maintenance repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality while supporting the policies goals andobjectivesof the company. This role oversees andparticipatesin the daily execution of plant maintenance activities managing the maintenance program based on industry best practices with a focus on planning scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. This position is instrumental in the shift toward a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) culture across maintenance and operations.This position willreportto the Maintenance Manager on site at our Bismarck Missouri location.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate employees to drive positive change improve performance and achieve operational goals.

• Maintain strong safety environmental and process compliance while promoting a zero-incident culture.

• Champion hazard identification risk assessment behavior-based safety and safe maintenance practices.

• Lead maintenance operations during the assigned shift and ensure effective coordination with production and other departments.

• Improve employee engagement and accountability through coaching recognition continuous improvement and operator involvement.

• Participate in root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone to resolve equipment and operational issues.

• Drive plant efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting overall department and business objectives.

• Ensure accurate completion of compliance documentation checklists reports metrics production records and incident investigations.

• Conduct effective team meetings job training SOP/WI training and safety programs including STOP and FLRA.

• Address conflicts promptly reinforce IKO values and expectations communicate effectively across all levels and maintain rigorous 5S standards.
