Maintenance Supervisor

Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities in our beverage manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all production equipment machinery and facilities are maintained in a safe efficient and reliable condition to support continuous high-quality production. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who prioritizes safety preventive maintenance and team Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians on all shiftsPlan schedule and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs on production lines conveyors fillers packaging equipment and facility systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and pneumatic equipment quickly to minimize downtimeEnsure compliance with all safety regulations GMPs and food safety standards (HACCP SQF)Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance around production needsMaintain accurate maintenance records parts inventory and work ordersTrain coach and develop maintenance technicians on technical skills and safety proceduresDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtimeMonitor and manage department budget and spending on parts/suppliesPerform root-cause analysis on recurring equipment issuesQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Engineering or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage food or CPG industry strongly preferred)Minimum 1 years of supervisory or lead experienceStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance hydraulics pneumatics conveyors and packaging equipmentWorking knowledge of PLCs electrical systems and basic welding/fabrication is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manualsStrong leadership communication and problem-solving skillsMust be available for flexible hours including nights and weekends when neededPhysical & Work EnvironmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMust be able to stand walk bend and climb for extended periodsExposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures
