Tata Consulting Engineers USA LLC (TCE) is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design project support procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.

Position Summary

Maintenance Scheduler for client site in Dayton Texas.

Responsibilities

Manages the maintenance workload by scheduling planned jobs through the coordination of resource and equipment availability with consideration for Operations priorities.

Reviews completed work orders to ensure anything that was not 100% done is set up for reschedule.

Generates 3-month look-ahead to assist Operations in providing scheduling windows for downtime.

Produces weekly reports necessary for monthly KPI tracking.

Schedules 3rd party repairs with external vendors for corrective and preventative work.

Point person for all 3rd party rental needs.

Maintains maintenance records.

Creates notifications closes work orders requests quotes and performs other duties as requested by the Manager.

Qualifications

SAP Hana Experience.

Adobe DC Distiller.

Maintenance Scheduling experience.

Prometheus - Preferred.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
