Maintenance Mechanic

FieldBridge is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic in Tucson AZ. to work for one of the oldest and most iconic soft drink brands in the US. We offer weekly pay benefits.

Pay Rate & Schedule:
Up to $24.81/hour Monday - Saturday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Weekly pay every Friday Overtime opportunities available At $24.81/hr and 60 hrs/week for example earn weekly paychecks of $1736.70 gross.

Important Notes: 3-month contract assignment with possibility to extend. Immediate start.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot repair and maintain production and utilities equipment at a beverage manufacturing facility. This role primarily supports the utilities side of maintenance working across mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and electrical equipment including motors conveyors pumps boilers fillers and packaging lines
• Troubleshoot and program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC500 MicroLogix CompactLogix ControlLogix)
• Troubleshoot replace and program 3-phase 480V motors and VFDs
• Fabricate repair and install piping and hangers for hot/cold water steam process and condensate systems
• Complete size changeovers adjustments and troubleshooting on liquid fillers and packaging equipment

Required Qualifications:

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical and electrical equipment
• Ability to wire moderately complex control circuits
• Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs
• Experience with 3-phase 480V motors and VFDs
• Welding experience across various metal types
• Ability to machine metals plastics and composites and fabricate replacement parts
• Pipefitting and piping fabrication experience
• Ability to work independently and complete repairs with minimal downtime
