Maintenance Manager

How You Will Help

• Lead and oversee all maintenance activities for facility infrastructure utilities production equipment and support systems to ensure safe reliable and efficient operations.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and operational performance.
• Manage maintenance work order priorities planned maintenance schedules emergency repairs and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate equipment installations modifications relocations startups and facility improvement projects.
• Lead capital improvement projects including project planning budgeting cost justification vendor selection contractor management and project execution.
• Manage maintenance inventories critical spare parts and supplier relationships to support operational requirements.
• Supervise develop and coach maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives cost reduction efforts process improvements and equipment reliability programs.
• Promote and enforce compliance with all safety environmental and regulatory requirements including Lockout/Tagout and other applicable safety standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and develop action plans to improve equipment reliability maintenance effectiveness and overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering Quality Safety and Leadership teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or degree preferred.
• 3 years of maintenance leadership experience; 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and control systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings.
• Proficiency with CMMS CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing budgets capital projects and vendor/contractor relationships.
• Strong leadership team development and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies outside normal working hours when necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
