Maintenance Level I

Pay:$18.00-$22.00 per hour (depending on related experience)

Nature of Work:

• Provides general maintenance services under the direction and supervision of the Director of Facilities Management
• Performs repairs and improvements on Pathways properties and equipment including but not limited to: drywall repair carpentry painting electric appliance repair plumbing HVAC and flooring.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance inspections of sites and equipment.
• Completes all required documentation of inspections purchases and repairs.
• Responsible for yard and driveway maintenance as assigned i.e. lawn mowing hedge trimming snow removal etc.
• Responds to after hours weekend and holiday maintenance needs as assigned by the Director of Facilities Management.
• Regularly drives agency vehicles to and from various sites throughout the region.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures outlined in the agency Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Develops a workable relationship with peers managers supervisors staff and individuals receiving services.
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Facilities Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma
• Minimum of one year of work experience in residential or commercial maintenance.
• Experience with drywall repair carpentry painting electric plumbing HVAC and flooring.
• Must maintain a valid Drivers License and driving record that meets Pathways insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
