Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations ensure timely completion of work orders maintain property systems and support a safe clean and well-maintained community. The role requires strong hands-on maintenance skills with HVAC experience and the ability to lead and coordinate maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate work assignments.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC electrical plumbing appliances and general building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to resident work orders promptly.
• Support apartment turns make-ready work inspections and property upkeep.
• Monitor maintenance supplies equipment and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards and property requirements.
• Identify and report property safety and equipment issues to management.
• Maintain accurate work-order and maintenance records.
• Support and train maintenance team members while ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and team members.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification required/preferred.
• EPA certification required/preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing appliances and general maintenance.
• Previous maintenance lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance work orders and apartment turns.
• Strong troubleshooting organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead a maintenance team.
• Availability to respond to emergencies and work weekends when required.
