Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition and day-to-day operations. This role will handle property maintenance work orders preventive maintenance repairs and unit turns with a focus on HVAC plumbing electrical and general building systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and prioritize maintenance work orders and service requests.
  • Perform HVAC plumbing electrical appliance and general property repairs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of units and common areas.
  • Complete unit turns make-readies and property upkeep.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors when specialized repairs are required.
  • Maintain tools equipment and maintenance inventory.
  • Support property maintenance operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of property maintenance or apartment maintenance experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC plumbing electrical and general building systems.
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work orders and respond to maintenance requests.
  • Property management software experience is a plus.
  • English communication skills preferred.
