As a Maintenance Mechanic II you will:

Job Description and Day to Day Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining troubleshooting repairing and rebuilding heavy industrial manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.
Support production operations by ensuring machinery and equipment remain safe reliable and operational.

Day to Day Responsibilities
Install maintain repair and rebuild industrial manufacturing equipment including punch presses press brakes CNC machines lathes milling machines drill presses and cranes.
Diagnose mechanical hydraulic electrical and electronic issues on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair 110V to 480V AC electrical systems including single-phase and three-phase circuits.
Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics blueprints manuals and technical documents.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability.
Disassemble machinery replace defective components fabricate minor replacement parts and make operational adjustments.
Start up shut down restart and test industrial equipment to verify repairs and performance.
Follow OSHA regulations electrical safety requirements and lockout/tagout procedures.
Lubricate clean and maintain machine components to ensure efficient operation.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical electrical and electronic troubleshooting and repair experience.
Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
Knowledge of 110V to 480V AC electrical systems including single-phase and three-phase circuits.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical drawings blueprints and technical manuals.
Experience performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong initiative.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on Soco Amada Haas CNC milling lathe and punch press machines.
Experience maintaining facility systems and equipment.
Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts. Overtime available as needed including up to 2 additional hours per day and occasional Saturdays (typically up to 4 hours).

Pay Rate: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
