General Function:

• Provide house/groundskeeping functions throughout the facility.
• Assist in training entry-level team members.
• Able to carry out assignments with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a clean sanitary and healthy environment for the public and employees.
• Vacuum carpets mop floors wash windows dust furniture scrub tiles sanitize restroom facilities pick up debris and replenish paper and soap dispensers.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working order.
• Safely use custodial supplies equipment and machines.
• Transport and store chemicals and waste in proper containers and locations.
• Operate floor scrubber scraper pressure washer and/or lift truck.
• Other functions as directed by supervisor and/or management.
• Work safely and wear PPE as needed.

Skills/Educational Requirements:

• Previous custodial and facilities work experience.
• Reliable transportation.

Essential Requirements:

• Able to lift 30 lbs above head at least 4 times during an 8-hour shift.
• Able to climb ladders.
