Maintenance EngineerPainter- Swing-Circus Circus

Perform a combination of preventative maintenance mechanical plumbing carpentry upholstery painting and electrical maintenance throughout property.

• Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting building management systems life safety systems and lighting control systems

• Experience in repair of electronics

• Knowledge and experience with low voltage control circuits video processor control devices wireless control circuits phone systems

• Candidate should also have a minimum 5 years experience working in High-Rise Hotel Casinos or other commercial properties

• Must have the ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that department

• Experience in repair and troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment electrical switch gear panels high and low voltage AC circuits

• Knowledge of audio video T.V. and control circuits

• Experience in repair of kitchen appliances small motors and electronics

• Must possess high school diploma

• Ability to read write and speak and understand English

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Frequent pushing pulling bending and walking.

• Work area is both indoors and outdoors and subject to variable temperatures.

• May be subject to smoking environment moderate noise and bright lights.
