MaintenanceLocation: Dunbar WV
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Position Type: Temporary to Permanent
Job Responsibilities: Prepare housing units for incoming tenants Respond to maintenance requests (work orders) as assigned Perform routine grounds maintenance throughout the year Assist with basic repairs including drywall painting electrical plumbing and HVAC tasks Maintain and use personal basic hand tools as required Ensure safety and proper upkeep of property and equipment Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding work orders and status updates Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned
Job Requirements: GED or High School Diploma required Valid drivers license required Basic experience with drywall painting electrical plumbing or HVAC preferred Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform hands-on physical labor in various environments Must be able to pass standard pre-employment screening
