• Lead and Develop Your Team - Supervise train and support Maintenance Housekeeping and Laundry team members.

• Maintain the Community - Oversee buildings grounds equipment vehicles appliances and essential systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical.

• Promote Safety and Compliance - Coordinate inspections fire drills emergency preparedness and compliance with OSHA fire and building regulations.

• Oversee Apartment Turnovers - Ensure resident apartments are safe clean and ready for move-ins.

• Manage Vendors and Budgets - Partner with contractors coordinate outside services and responsibly manage maintenance expenses.

• Respond to Community Needs - Address maintenance requests promptly and provide dependable support to residents and team members.

• Champion Our Culture - Create a positive environment where your team feels supported valued and motivated to do excellent work.

• Leadership Experience - Previous leadership experience in maintenance facilities management or a related field.

• Technical Knowledge - Experience with HVAC plumbing electrical appliances and general building systems.

• Safety Awareness - Knowledge of regulatory requirements emergency procedures and workplace safety standards.

• Strong Organization - The ability to manage projects priorities vendors budgets and deadlines.

• Problem-Solving Skills - A hands-on approach and the confidence to troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions.

• People Skills - A friendly professional communication style when working with residents families vendors and team members.
