Jobposition description:

Performgeneral property maintenance and repairs in the most efficient manner and asdirected by the Management staff. Meet or exceed company standards forcleanliness cost control safety physical condition and residentsatisfaction related to the overall maintenance of the property.

EssentialResponsibilities:

• Respond to prioritize and completework orders for resident requests.
• Complete apartment turnovers (paintingdry-wall patching check/test fixtures appliances alarms change filtersrepair damage).
• Maintain asset by followingpreventative schedule to address property needs and maintain equipmentincluding but not limited to HVAC boilers fire protection system.
• Assist Executive Director in managing3
• Maintain a high-level of customerservice when dealing with residents family members vendors and employees ofCapri Communities.
