Job Description/Requirement:
- 5 years of application programming and analysis experience
- Strong experience with COBOL JCL DB2 and IMS DB/DC
- Experience with mainframe application development and support
- Understanding of healthcare payer functions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with the full software development life cycle
- Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
- Experience designing developing testing and deploying applications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field preferred
- Project leadership or project management experience is a plus
