About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a talented Mainframe professional to join our growing team in Dallas TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex mission-critical systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop maintain and optimize mainframe applications and batch processing systems
- Write and debug COBOL JCL and other mainframe-based programming languages
- Perform system analysis design and implementation on IBM z/OS mainframe platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Monitor mainframe performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and uptime
- Participate in code reviews testing and documentation of mainframe applications
- Support data management tasks including DB2 VSAM and IMS database operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mainframe development and/or administration in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in COBOL JCL CICS and z/OS operating systems
- Experience with IBM mainframe tools such as ISPF SDSF and TSO/ISPF
- Familiarity with DB2 VSAM or IMS database platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field preferred
Compensation: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
