Together we are Building A Better the Role:The Machine Tool Electrician is responsible for assembling wiring troubleshooting debugging and installing machine tooling and electrical equipment used in automotive assembly operations. This role builds electrical panels and machine tooling according to electrical schematics and works closely with Controls Engineers to communicate hardware requirements implement engineering changes and resolve system You Need to Be Successful:3 years of experience as a Machine Tool Electrician or in a similar electrical to fluently read and interpret electrical assembling and wiring electrical panels and machine working with low-voltage wiring and 110V480V electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical circuits components and using electrical test equipment including digital multimeters thermocouples and programmable power in the assembly repair installation and debugging machine tooling and using common hand and power organizational skills and attention to technical problem-solving and decision-making verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical information to team members and to multitask work under pressure and meet project proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and to follow safety procedures use required PPE and maintain a clean and organized work Points If You Have:Automotive industry working directly with Controls Engineers on hardware requirements and engineering with machine tool prototypes and new equipment performing root cause analysis and electrical system contributing to continuous improvement and productivity interfacing with customers and with quality management systems and technical build maintaining shop inventory and electrical :Associates degree in Electrical Technology Electronic Technology or a related field is :MinimalWhat We Offer:We believe our team members are our greatest investment which is why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at every stage of your career and life.
