Job Overview

• Develops skills in basic tasks techniques and procedures. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
• Has basic training in an operational process area.
• Works within clearly defined SOPs and adheres to quality guidelines.
• Works with a high degree of supervision and has minimal discretion.

Job Description:

• Performs basic operational tasks with a high degree of supervision.
• Responsibilities include packaging kits cleaning functions conducting simple in-process quality checks and completing routine paperwork.
• Handles some basic machine operations such as pulling raw materials feeding materials into production lines and clearing some common machine faults.
• Limited involvement in set-up start-up shut-down and adjustments of machines.
• Provides minimal input on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with supervision.
• Adheres to housekeeping and safety policies.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 2 year of manufacturing experience.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Skills:

• Basic teamwork and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform semi-routine assignments with supervision.
• Proficiency in reading writing following diagrams and performing basic arithmetic.
